April 2nd: Red Sex Link, Azure Blue available. All others sold out

April 16th: Red Sex Link, Azure Blue available. All others sold out 

April 30th: Red Sex Link, Azure Blue, Olive Eggers available. Others sold out 

June 11th: Bull Brahma & Speckled Sussex sold out. All others available.

July 9th: Irona Sasso sold out. All others available.

DO / Day Old:

March 19th - No more orders being taken

All other dates, all breeds still available.

Order Requirements:

Day Old's: Minimum Order - 5
- Less than 10 birds add $8.00 small order fee

Ready to Lay: Minimum Order - 2
Less than 10 birds add $8.00 small order fee
- RTL-Only Orders add $15.00 processing fee (for those who do not order feed or supplies from Mercantile & Feed stores)

Note: All orders (Day Old's and/or RTL) are subject to a $14.00 delivery fee

Note: Each delivery date requires a separate order form to be completed.
Please provide your personal information (name, address, email, phone), birds & quantity, and email to mindenmercantile2@gmail.com - we will confirm pricing, fees, payment methods prior to invoicing. Orders can be placed over the phone as well.

Payment:  All orders must be paid 1 month in advance of pickup. Cash, Debit, etransfer (mindenmercantile@gmail.com). Credit card payments subject to 2.5% fee. 

Order Cancellation: a minimum of 2 weeks prior to scheduled pickup date required, since we cannot cancel with the Hatchery after this.

Orders Not Picked-Up: We will make multiple attempts to contact customers to confirm pickup dates/times. However, birds not picked up will be given to any willing customer by end of day on day of scheduled pickup. There are no refunds, as we do not get reimbursed from the Hatchery for orders not picked up.
